A warm oasis in the medina
Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshing mint tea and traditional Moroccan pastries. The beds were comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was a favorite for sunbathing after exploring the vibrant markets.
While the location was excellent, finding the Riad can be tricky due to its narrow alleys. The jacuzzi was not operational , disappointing.

The breakfast with fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice and the obligatory coffee was gorgeous. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square as well as the Jemaa el Fna market area and the Koutoubia Mosque and Gardens.

Walking in, got hit with that sweet mint tea and pastries, wicked nice! The room was cozy as can be, really comfy bed and shower that felt great after long days. Staff surprised me with flowers for my birthday-how cool is that? Only wish the jacuzzi was a bit warmer, but still a solid chill spot after tours.

Excellent and unbeatable location of the hotel, with spectacular view. Walking distance to a market and a mall across the street. Comfy bed, good-sized bathroom and climate control, an individual safe, and an iron in the room...

Finding the Riad can be a challenge as it's tucked away in narrow alleys, and I suggest having a guide for your first visit. The air conditioning in my room was unsatisfactory, prompting the staff to move me, but it left me feeling unsettled. The indoor pool was ice cold, and I was disappointed by the lack of daily complimentary water bottles, a standard expectation in most hotels.

Familiarize yourself with the winding alleys before venturing out. It enhances your experience and helps you navigate back easily after a long day of exploring.

The decor was lovely but I can't believe a 5-star place would serve such a limited breakfast, unacceptable. The bathroom floor was a complete soaked mess after showering, who fixes that? I expected a complimentary upgrade as the inconvenience because, after all, I'm still a guest. Honestly, never coming back to this bland place.

Riad Al Rimal & Spa was like stepping into a calm oasis amidst the bustling Marrakech. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a good array of fresh fruits, pastries, and yogurt, with the added bonus of being serenaded by the view of the Koutoubia Mosque. Especially Jamal, provided unmatched hospitality and personalized tips.
Finding it was tricky.

The pool area provided a serene escape in the heart of the bustling medina, awesome for much-needed relaxation after long days of exploring. Especially Fatiha.
Some noise from nearby restaurants.

The decor was fine, and the staff was super friendly. We loved exploring the vibrant souks and took a day trip to the Atlas Mountains. Expect a good traditional Moroccan breakfast, but a buffet would be ideal to avoid the mix-ups. Perfect location near the main attractions!
We faced some noise from the restaurant, which echoed in our courtyard and kept us up late.
